This is an example of the food we are providing on set now.  These menu’s change with the season / what is available locally.

Breakfast:

Hot:
Free range eggs, grilled tomatoes, Gloucester Old Spot Sausages and bacon, field mushrooms and baked beans
Porridge on its own or with fruit, nuts and seeds
Rustic toast and preserves

Cold:
Selection of rustic breads including rye and sour dough and beautiful pastries
Granola/muesli with yogurt and honey/seasonal home-made compote
Fruit salad
Fresh beetroot, apple and carrot juice

Lunch/Dinner:
M:  Roasted marinated free range chicken breast with bay, garlic, lemon and thyme, braised lentils and home-made lemon mayo
M:  Slow cooked shoulder of Gloucester Old Spot pork with parsnip and apple mash, glazed heritage carrots and creamed savoy cabbage
F:    Pan fried line caught sea bass, new potatoes and caper dressing
M:  Slow cooked beef with cacao and port with french beans, mash and heritage carrots
V:   Braised black beans with roasted root vegetables and watercress pesto
V:   Wild mushroom risotto

Soups:
Broccoli and stichelton
Spicy carrot and lentil
Celeriac and kale

Sandwiches (on sourdough):
Vintage cheddar and home-made fig chutney
Roast beef, horseradish mayo (home-made) and rocket
Smoked trout and pickled cucumber

Hot hand-held
M:  Marinated chicken with smoked paprika, garlic and lemon, lemon mayo and leaves (wrap)
V:  Braised black beans with cheddar, mozzerela and roasted root veg and leaves (wrap)
