This is an example of the food we are providing now.  These menu’s change with the season / what is available locally.

Breakfast:

M: Cumberland Sausage & Gloucester Old Spot Bacon
V: Free Range scrambled, grilled toms, sautéed mushrooms, baked beans, homemade hash/bubble
V: ‘Sexy brekkie’ – avocado & poached egg on toast with flat parsley & Tabasco
Artisan sourdough and rye/wholemeal toast (plus GF options of both) scorched on griddle & preserves
Dorset cereals granola, muesli, yogurt & compote
Elvira May’s porridge
Fruit Bowl
Fresh lemon, mint & ginger for tea
Freshly squeezed orange juice
“Shrek juice” – Supergreen’s, maca, chia seed, almond milk, kale, coconut water, fresh turmeric, bananas, cucumber and honey

Lunch:

M: Slow cooked shoulder of lamb served with cardamom, garlic, nigella and cumin spring greens & gravy
V: Chickpea, aubergine and cashew nut curry with black rice
Cucumber raita to go with all

Sides:
Roast new pots
Spring greens

Salad Bar:
Mixed salad (lettuce, onion, tomato)
Salad of the day
Vinaigrette dressing

Dessert:
Yorkshire Parkin with rhubarb compote
Vegan choc pots
Cheese board and oatcakes

Afternoon tea:

Selection of sandwiches and GF wraps:

Bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo
Goats cheese, raw beets, chilli oil & rocket
Avocado, red onion, rocket, mayo

 

** Tables are laid with fresh flowers from the market and pretties
** Full tea station with hippy teas, fresh coffee, 1L of water per person per day, fruit, crisps and biscuits
